GOLFWEEK JUNIOR TOUR

  • Upper Arlington ’27 Rocco Humphreys was victorious at the Golfweek Junior Tour event at Pipestone Golf Club. Humphreys won the Boys 14-15 division with a pair of even-par 72’s.
  • Blaise Barnum (Dublin, 2029) won the Boys u13 division in the event at Yankee Trace. Barnum’s 27-hole total of 3-under-par was good enough for a five stroke win.
  • Also winning at Yankee Trace was Eva Emerson (Columbus, 2029) in the Girls u14 division.
  • In the Golfweek Junior Tour Elite Event, Dublin’s Elizabeth Ryu defeated Juanita Beatrix Tandoc in a four-hole playoff to win the Girls 15-19 division. Ryu, a Rutgers University commit, birdied the fourth hole in the playoff for the win.
  • St. Charles ’26 Mikey Pagnotto led the Boys 14-19 division at Denison after an opening round of three-under 68. Pagnotto’s second round of 74 saw him come up one shot short of a playoff with Ben Fauver for the overall win, however, Pagnotto did win the Boys 14-15 division. Four other Central Ohioans finished in a tie for third in Boys 14-19.
  • GWJT also hosted an event the same week at Blacklick Woods, which saw Canal Winchester’s Anna Machamer, an Ashland University commit, win the Girls 15-19 division

AJGA

  • New Albany’s Mia Hammond finished runner-up at the 2025 Callaway Junior at Canebrake Club. Hammond carded three consecutive under-par rounds of 66-71-71 for an eight-under total.
  • Hudson Burkey (St. Charles, 2027) of Pickerington medaled in the AJGA Petroleum Preview at Findlay qualifier with the only under-par ound of the day, a 71 (-1). Burkey and two other Central Ohio players, Clark McGeorge (Westerville) and Will Mangas (Upper Arlington) finished the championship in a tie for ninth.

DRIVE CHIP & PUTT

  • Kosei Imai (Powell) finished in a tie for third in the Boys 7-9 division of the Drive Chip & Putt National Finals at Augusta National Golf Club.
